This is for a child turning 3 prior to Dec 1st. A first school experience geared to providing a positive transition from home to the outside world of school hand in hand with parents. This class meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 to 11:15. We also have a 1 day option on Friday mornings from 9:00 to 11:15.

Your child will enjoy opportunities for self-directed play, sensory and artistic experiences, body awareness activities, fine and gross motor development, social/emotional development and movement with endless chances to build language communication skills and vocabulary. 

This class is geared for children who are age 4 by Dec 1st. It may be your child’s first school experience, or someone who has been an Explorer in the past. There are 2 different class sessions for Adventurers. Classes will meet on Monday and Wednesday from 9 to 11:30. The other option for this age group will be Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1 to 3:30.
Your child will enjoy opportunities for self-directed play, sensory and artistic experiences, fine and gross motor activities as well as those designed to help your child become aware of alphabetic, phonemic and numeric principals all within the context of play. Extended Circle Time will include numeral recognition and letter recoginition activities.
This class is designed for those children who will be entering Kindergarten the following fall. Children should be age 4 prior to June. 1st. Classes meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoon from 1 to 3:30.  (On Friday afternoon children bring a cold lunch and class runs from 12:30 till 3:30.)
Your child will enjoy opportunities for self-directed play, sensory and artistic experiences, body awareness activities through fine and gross motor development, develop social-emotional skills, expressive/receptive language communication, and small or whole group skill focus in the areas of literacy, visual/auditory perception, memory, science and math.
Friday afternoon classes are specially designed to give your child direct instruction experiences and vocabulary that they will most likely meet entering kindergarten. Small and large group work will focus on numeral and letter formation, one to one correspondence while counting, graphing and pencil/paper tasks to help prepare your child for independent work in kindergarten.
Thursday 11:00 – 11:50 A.M Children must be at least 4 years old but not older than 6 years by December 1, 2015. **Tuition is $45/month/child **
A very special and unique experience for your child to participate in activities throughout the community with our TCCP Enrichment Facilitator and other children from the preschool.
Examples of activities offered are tennis, gymnastics, Tinker Tunes, snowshoeing, Tae Kwon Do, soccer, ice skating, acting/creative movement and so much more. Skilled professionals at each venue supervise these activities. Due to the nature of some activities (i.e. ice skating), parent
participation may be necessary for your child to enjoy each activity to its fullest.
Science Camp
A special summer offering for children turning 4 by December 1, held the week following the last day of school. Each day is filled with clues to an item in a mystery box, a daily nature hike, and some type of art or experiment based on the day’s theme. Past classes have enjoyed such topics as insects, invisible forces (magnetism, gravity), and states of matter (making ice cream, silly goop). Class runs Monday through Friday from 9 am to noon, with children enjoying a packed lunch from home out on the grounds. Class size: 15
